NEMA accepts credit card donations through the NEMA website or if you would like to donate but need to send a check then please download this form.

Will my donation be recognized? What if I want to remain anonymous?
All donations will be recognized on our “donor thanks” page. If you’d like to donate anonymously, just fill out the appropriate box on the donation form.
