2021 Conference

Re/Create, Re/Charge, Re/Imagine at the 2021 Virtual NEMA Conference!

We’ve learned a lot from our first virtual conference (2020) and we are excited to be virtual again this November! You're invited to join us for 3 days of fantastic sessions and networking on November 15, 17, and 19!

The 2021 NEMA Conference is here to help keep your business connected with the New England museum community. The conference includes multiple keynotes, networking lunches, and a virtual exhibit hall with demonstration stations blocked into our program book. You will have multiple opportunities for visibility and networking throughout the week.

If you do business with the New England museum community, then the NEMA Annual Conference is the place to be!

Key Benefits

  • No Travel – At the office or on the couch, the virtual conference saves you travel expenses and affords you the ability to work from the comfort of your computer or phone.
  • Expanded Market – Extended geographic reach because the conference is accessible at the click of a button, no matter what time-zone.
  • Direct Visibility – Branded events, a program ad, or dedicated booth, all are great options to share the work you do for the field.
  • Show Support – Celebrate the field and let them know you care by committing to being a conference supporter.

And remember, NEMA business members get significant discounts, extra promotion at the conference, and year-round benefits of being part of our organization.

Sponsor

Gain visibility by sponsoring sessions, a keynote, or other conference experiences. Share the work you do for our field in short pre-session commercial clip or welcome thought leaders at a keynote or event. Opportunities range to meet your budget, so find the one that suits it best! Have an idea for something different? Contact Scarlett to discuss further. Find a sponsorship level that fits your needs and select the opportunity you connect with—detailed benefits can be found here.

Advertise

NEMA business members, don't miss your opportunity to get the word out about your company by being featured in our digital preliminary and final program book. These program books are evergreen digital resources and are unique to this virtual conference. The preliminary program is distributed to NEMA members and past conference attendees -- that's more than 3,500 museum professionals! Reserve your space by August 20 to be included in the preliminary. Program book rates start at as low as ($100).

You can also purchase video advertisements (15 seconds, 30 seconds, or 1 minute long) which will play before conference sessions. Details in the flyer here.

Exhibitor Information

Share videos and demonstrate your products in the virtual exhibit hall. In your dedicated booth you will be able to highlight your company, have a chat with attendees, use a live showcase link, offer incentives, and list contact details. While we will be missing the handshakes and high-fives this year, the virtual exhibit hall is still the best place to connect and feature your business. Reserve before October 1 to get the standard booth rate! Download the prospectus here for details.

Who Should Exhibit?

If you are interested in meeting the New England museum field then you should exhibit at NEMA 2021.

Now is your chance to introduce your product or service to the New England cultural community – the strongest anywhere in the U.S. And the best way to alert them to your business is to talk with them directly – as an exhibitor, sponsor or advertiser at the annual conference.
