Show Your Support for Homeless Veterans
Friday, November 11, is Veteran’s Day, so let’s honor our country’s brave heroes by making a contribution toward eliminating veteran homelessness. This year’s NEMA conference charity is Homes for the Brave, a service organization based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, devoted to providing shelter and services to male and female homeless veterans. You can contribute in one of two ways (or both!). When you register for the NEMA Conference, you can include an online donation with your credit card payment. We will also collect donations during the conference. Thanks so much for joining with the NEMA family to support this worthy cause.

Conference Ambassadors
Need help finding your way? Look for one of our Conference Ambassadors. They're the ones wearing the cheery yellow buttons and an equally cheery smile. They'll be glad to help!

Scholarships

NEMA is pleased to offer several scholarship and fellowship opportunities to make the annual conference more financially accessible. Scholarship awards support travel, lodging, and three-day registration for individual members of NEMA and employees of NEMA institutional members.

Click here for complete details. The deadline for all scholarship programs is September 16, 2016.

Only one application is necessary to apply for all scholarships and fellowships. Note: Individual opportunities have slightly differing requirements in the essay portion of the application. You will be notified of the final award decisions in early October. In the event that your application is unsuccessful, you may still register at the early-bird rate at any time before conference.

NEMA Conference App
We're pleased to bring you the 2016 NEMA Conference App! Developed by Whova, a leading conference app producer, it's loaded with new features designed to help you make the most out of your conference experience. Click here for details.
