2016 Conference

NEMA Diversity Scholarship

Established to make the annual conference financially accessible for college students and museum professionals from diverse social, economic, racial, or ethnic backgrounds so that they can attend the 2016 NEMA conference.

It helps support travel, lodging and registration at the NEMA Annual Conference. Full conference registration and $100 for expenses are available depending on the availability of funds in any given year. Applicants must register for the entire conference.

Applications for all awards must be submitted by midnight on October 7, 2016. You will receive confirmation of your application via email. All applicants will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible. In the event that your application is unsuccessful, you may still register at the early-bird rate at any time before conference.
