Knowledgeable tour guides will entertain and educate you as they take you through this small, but fascinating Victorian era house. Tours typically last about an hour and a half. The Vera Estey House was built in 1875, and sits within the original land grant establishing Presque Isle. Vera (1894-1992) was a very unique lady for her era. She was an entrepreneur, consciously made the decision to remain single, and was also very well known for her flamboyant hats.
