Albacore Park Submarine Museum
USS Albacore holds a place in history as the 1st Navy designed vessel with a true underwater hull and built at nearby Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Albacore Park includes a Visitor Center, Gift Shop with books and submarine gifts, a beautiful Memorial Garden which pays tribute to all crew and officers who have been lost in the Submarine Service.
