The Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Art Gallery promotes and supports the intellectual and cultural life of the College of the Holy Cross. An ambitious exhibition program serves as the catalyst and springboard for the exploration of both historical and contemporary themes of cultural and visual significance. With special responsibility for linking exhibitions to the broader curriculum, the Cantor Art Gallery integrates the values of a liberal arts education at Holy Cross into the classroom.

Educating members of the College community, the Worcester community and the larger community of scholars and artists about the fundamental intellectual, cultural, spiritual and aesthetic issues encountered through the visual arts is the guiding principle of the program. The Gallery also serves as a hub for social interaction between students, faculty and community members through an on-going series of receptions, tours, lectures, readings, faculty and student presentations.
