Stetson Historical Society
The SHS museum is located in a 19th century farmhouse. It contains displays of household goods, farm and woods equipment. Displays include the story of Katahdin and Granger, "The world's largest oxen", who were born and raised in Stetson, a wireless radio collection, weights and measures used by the Town of Stetson, and extensive axe collection. There is also a collection of genealogies as well as access to Stetson cemetery, census and vital records.
