University of New England Art Gallery
Built in 1977 to house the Impressionist Collection of Joan Whitney Payson, headlined by Vincent van Gogh's Les Iriis, this modernist Gallery is known as "the Little Jewel" and mounts five exhibitions of fine art annually with a special focus upon photography, Maine artists and art by women.
