Gregor Trinkaus-Randall
Gregor worked at the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners’ as their Preservation Specialist until he retired in the spring of 2018. A Distinguished Fellow of the Society of American Archivists, Gregor served as President of SAA and the New England Archivists. He is perhaps best known for his work in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery for cultural heritage collections and institutions, ensuring that they are well-represented in federal, state, and local emergency planning. Gregor is survived by his wife Vickery, his children Jennifer and Christopher, his brother Erik Trinkaus and his sister Tanya Glass. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (P.O. Box 849168 Boston, MA 02284), Scottish Dance Cultural Education Association, or the Care Dimensions Hospice in Lincoln, MA.

Preservation Trust of Vermont's executive director Paul Bruhn passed away on Thursday, September 19. As PTV's first and only Executive Director, Paul has been a tireless voice for building community and preserving the essential character of Vermont.
