His professional life included positions as farm and garden coordinator at Hancock Shaker Village in Hancock, Mass., supervisor of historic interpretation at Mystic Seaport Museum, and executive director of the New London County Historical Society.
Gilbert F. Whittemore
Mr. Whittemore taught at St. Paul's Choir School, Harvard University, Harvard Law School, MIT and Lesley College. He also worked at the law firm of Stalter & Kennedy, that merged with Rath, Young & Pignatelli and Gilbert, until his retirement in 2016. Mr. Whittemore has been a long time member of NEMA and has presented at several NEMA workshops and conferences.
